About Us

Our Story

In early 2023, stunned and dismayed by the impact of the 2022 Dobbs decision, several people with experience in business and medicine joined forces to address the resulting void in medical care. We established Meadow Health and Wellness to expand access to high quality, compassionate reproductive health care for Virginians and others from abortion restricted states. Our journey began.

Together, a year later, we have opened a new reproductive clinic – the first new abortion clinic in Northern Virginia in over a decade — offering full service, patient-centric reproductive healthcare. Our clinic is in Tysons Corner, walking distance from the McLean Metro stop and easily accessible from both DCA and IAD airports as well as major highways headed both south and west.

Thank you for being a part of our exciting and rewarding journey.

Meet Our Medical Director

Dr. Jessica Rubino

“I approach patient care with the priority of ensuring each person feels seen and heard. I love and respect the differences all of us have. While I enjoy a variety of aspects of family medicine, I particularly enjoy working with LGBTQIA patients to ensure all of their healthcare needs are met. My biggest areas of expertise are in family planning, contraception, STI care, and HIV prevention.”
