At Meadow we take payment from most major insurance payors including Aetna, United Healthcare, FepBlue, Cigna, and Virginia Medicaid. Please note that many payors do not fund elective abortion procedures.

On Friday evening, May 1, a federal appeals court placed restrictions on the dispensing of Mifepristone, a medication commonly used in telehealth abortions.
