We offer both telehealth and in-person medication abortion services for patients up to 11 weeks of gestation. Telehealth abortion care is available for those in or traveling to Virginia and DC – the medication will be sent to a nearby pharmacy or delivered to you by mail. In-person appointments include a sonogram; pills and their instructions are provided at our clinic.
In-clinic abortions are safe, simple medical procedures. At Meadow, our providers offer procedures up to 12 weeks of gestation and we partner with you to ensure your experience is pain-free.
